When you request a demo, Rivo receives the business and contact information you submit so we can respond, qualify fit, and plan onboarding. We do not sell that information.

Interactive demo

The public product demo stores sample order data in your browser only. Demo orders are not added to a production Rivo workspace.

Customer workspaces

Production workspaces may contain business settings, user accounts, driver details, courier-partner contact details, orders, courier requests, provider references, fees, tracking links, route activity, location updates, proof records, mileage, and reporting data required to provide the service.

Connected systems

When a customer connects a website, store, POS, webhook, API, or courier request method, Rivo processes the order and delivery fields needed for the configured workflow. Connection credentials are restricted to the integration and account they belong to.
